Here’s a scenario that used to be played out in my house frequently.
After a long day, I’d sit down and watch my shows at night, only to see those damn fast food or chocolate bar commercials. I figured I had been a good girl all day and only ate healthy food, so I’d justify sending my husband out to get me a Blizzard from Dairy Queen or a Big Mac from McDonalds.

In the past few months, I’ve lost at least 15lbs. A huge part of my success is the fact that I no longer watch commercials! I still watch TV, but once the commercials come on, I’ll get up and tidy up, read a magazine, throw a load of laundry in the wash, or even do a few pushups or crunches. Anything to avoid seeing all those tempting food commercials. It really works. My night time eating has virtually stopped.
