Quick Morning Smoothie

1 sliced apple
1 cup apple juice
1 cup non-fat yogurt (plain or flavored)
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups ice

Blend all these ingredients (and any other fruit you’d like to add) in a blender for a quick and healthy smoothie. It’s great for breakfast or as an afternoon treat. This smoothie only takes 5 minutes to make, so you shouldn’t have an excuse to miss breakfast anymore!
