I’ve been doing some Frog Squats since I’ve been focusing on tightening up my butt and toning my legs. My favorite form of exercising is belly dancing, but I like to keep variety in my physical activity and the frog squats are a killer way to feel a burn. Trust me, these are hard but they feel good!
