Tighten your butt and tone legs with frog squats.

I’ve been doing some Frog Squats since I’ve been focusing on tightening up my butt and toning my legs. My favorite form of exercising is belly dancing, but I like to keep variety in my physical activity and the frog squats are a killer way to feel a burn. Trust me, these are hard but they feel good!

It’s a bit hard to explain, but this video shows you how to do them properly. I triple-dog-dare you to do 20 without taking a break.
