Here’s what my mom does when she needs to lose weight fast

I’ve watched my mom struggle for years with her weight. She has me to thank for her weight gain 27 years ago. She used to be stick thin until she gave birth to me. That’s when her bum took on a life of it’s own.

Ever since she started gaining weight when I was a baby, she’s never been able to get it under control. I’ve been trying to work with her and get her eating better but her schedule with work is crazy and it’s hard to keep an eye on her. It’s like she’s MY baby now!

There are times when she gets really serious about her health and weight and there’s always something she can turn to that works every time.

While I don’t think that it should be used as a regular menu plan, I believe that FatLoss4Idiots is a great way to start a healthy lifestyle change.

My mom enjoys going on this “diet” because she still gets to eat food she likes, she doesn’t ever feel starved, and it’s really easy. I’ve tried it a few times myself and noticed that I felt a lot less bloated every time. (I always have a problem with being too bloated.)
