Do you hate doing aerobics in the morning? Don’t feel like going for a run? Is your treadmill used to hang laundry on?
Get your half hour of exercise in each day by doing vigorous house cleaning instead. That way you get a clean house along with a few less calories. This works well for me because I find it hard to set aside time for exercise. This especially works well when I have company coming and a very messy house!
