Before you reach for that chocolate bar….

…Repeat the following until you can really grasp what it means:

“Nothing tastes better than thin feels.”

Now, ask yourself these 5 questions:

  1. If I lose weight, what things could I do that I can’t do now?
  2. How will losing weight impact my level of confidence?
  3. Do I need to improve my overall health?
  4. Can I continue to feel guilty about my bad habits?
  5. Do I want to live longer?

Staying focused and motivated can be as simple as asking yourself some very important questions. How you respond to them will determine your success, so don’t ever forget them. Write them down and keep them with you as a constant reminder of what’s really important. Add more questions as you think of them.
