Get Rid of the Temptations

Today, it’s time to go through your cupboards and drawers and get rid of anything that shouldn’t be there. I was forced to do this recently when I just couldn’t resist eating whole bags full of candies and chocolates. I would never lose weight with such tempting treats just waiting for me to devour them.

If you have no self-discipline, then all the chips and other junk food lurking in your kitchen are just more pounds waiting to happen. The easiest way to prevent that from happening, get rid of the temptations altogether.

If your family fights you every step of the way, ask them to at least put their treats in a spot where you will never find them. And from now on, stop buying things you know you shouldn’t be eating. Opt for healthier alternatives instead, like fruits and other low-fat health conscious snacks.

If that doesn’t deter you, just take a look at the amount of calories each of your savored treats has and figure out how many minutes (or hours) on a treadmill it would take you to burn them off.
