Despite what all the commercials and ads in magazines say, you can’t target specific areas on your body for weight loss.
I’ve seen plenty of commercials that say their machine or pill will get rid of belly fat. But the truth is, you can work out those muscles until the end of time, but you’ll never see them if there’s still fat covering them.
Everybody has a six-pack, but not everyone can see it because there are layers of body fat obstructing your view.
What you need to do is accept that you’ll never lose weight in only one place. Start doing some cardiovascular exercise to burn calories and build muscle mass to increase metabolism. Only then will your muscles come out to play from underneath all that fat.
And ladies, be prepared to lose some inches around your chest. Most women unfortunately find that their bust shrinks as well as their stomach when they lose weight. It’s a sad fact, but in my opinion it’s worth it. Would you rather have a huge chest to go with your bubble butt, or a nice toned body with boobs that match?
So from now on, don’t pay any attention to any of those phony advertisements that claim to melt fat from your belly, or butt, or whatever. They can provide as much fake research and studies as they please, but they can’t fool you, right?
