If you’ve got nothing much to do in the evenings or during the day, it’s pretty easy to snack on foods you shouldn’t be eating. One of the things I’ve found to help with that is to get a hobby. By distracting yourself and keeping yourself busy, you’re a lot less likely to eat when you shouldn’t be.
I like to do crafts. They’re a good way to keep me distracted, and when I’m finished them, they look good displayed in my house. They’re great for gifts as well. And hey, if you’re really good at crafts, you can get some trade show displays and sell your artwork for some extra money. Imagine that…losing weight and making money at the same time!
