I find it hard to drink the recommended eight 8 oz. glasses of water each day. Some days, I actually have to force myself to drink that much.
When you’re losing weight, you need to drink a MINIMUM of eight glasses of water a day.
What I did to help me get the required eight glasses was make myself a checklist. Every time I drank a glass of water, I’d check off one box until my day’s quota was filled. It works really well, so I thought I’d do one up for you as well.
