I’m a proud mother of two beautiful children, Joey and Morgan. They drive me crazy most days, but I love them to death. Since my first pregnancy, I’ve known that I wanted to set a good example as a mother, and that included eating healthy and exercising. Of course, that’s easier said than done!
I struggled with weight gain after the birth of my daughter but I’ve learned many things since getting back to my pre-pregnancy weight. I feel prepared with my knowledge to keep the pounds off now that I’ve had my second child.
