Chocolate Banana Mousse Recipe

I’m a chocolate freak, and I know I’m not the only one! That’s why today’s recipe is Chocolate Banana Mousse. Enjoy!
CHOCOLATE BANANA MOUSSE 

Ingredients:

2 Tablespoons low-fat milk
4 teaspoons sugar
1 medium banana, cut into quarters
2 teaspoons cocoa powder
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup plain low-fat yogurt

Should the government incorporate a fat tax?

Kelly D. Brownell, a psychology professor at Yale University has suggested that unhealthy foods like pop and chips should have a 7 to 10 percent tax on them. This would hopefully discourage people from buying them and opting for healthier foods instead.
